The new branch, DB AMERICA LLC, opened in Miami (FL) – USA, aimed to increase DB Group’s presence in key growth markets, strengthen the business relationships with clients and partners to better serve North and South America Customers with a full technical and commercial support.
Following the opening of the DB ASIA PACIFIC Singapore office, the new Miami branch will offer a wide stock of products and spare parts. In addition, a professional DB and Screen Authorized Service Center are now available to guarantee efficient and experienced assistance and maintenance all over America.
The success of this new MIAMI branch DB AMERICA LLC is guaranteed by the excellent quality of its members, an incredible team of skilled professionals and reputed companies.
A key member to guarantee a perfect technical service, with a deep experience in Broadcast Systems configuration, design, and realization, is Eng. Fernando Grullon, an experienced engineer, formerly working for 10 years with Screen Service.
He’s the Technical Manager of DB AMERICA, also responsible for the technical support on DB and Screen products, systems and projects and also managing the Miami Service Center for a perfect technical customer care.
Eng. Fernando Grullon will be strongly supported in his activity from Eng. Alvaro Cardenas, more than 20 years experienced engineer in broadcasting industry with a long list of projects realized all over Central and South America
To complete this highly skilled team we introduce Mr. Jaime Cabrera, long experienced key reference manager for ECUATRONIX USA, now Executive Director of DB AMERICA and Ms. Vailma Roca as Customer Care Manager, for almost 10 years working in the same role for Screen Service America, representing the natural continuity of Screen activity in America.
